What do I get for $5.00?

Can I add photos to my complaint page?
Yes, for an additional $5 fee you can upload up to 5 photos that will be linked directly to your complaint page. Each photo must be in a .jpg format and must be less than 1 meg in size.

How much does it cost to add photos to my complaint page?
There is an additional $5.00 fee to add photos. Photos must be uploaded on-line through our web site (manual photos are not accepted).

How long does it take for my complaint to be posted on the internet?
Once your payment has been processed (usually it takes about 30 seconds) your complaint will instantly become activated.

Why do I need you? Can't I just write the company a letter on my own?

How do I remove my complaint page?
When your page is first posted, you'll be sent an e-mail message with a "complaint update link". You can use this link to change the status of your complaint to "Resolved". Resolved complaints are automatically removed from our site.

How long will my complaint be posted?
Complaints will be posted for 1 year (unless removed by you earlier).

Can I renew my complaint?
Yes, you can use your complaint update link anytime within the first year of posting to renew the page for an additional year. A $5.00 renewal fee will apply.

Can I edit my complaint page after it is posted?
Yes, you can use your complaint update link to make changes to the text of your complaint page as many times as you like. There is no extra charge for this.

How is TheSqueakyWheel.com different from other complaint sites?
