American Auto Transport misrepresented themselves on fax documentation showing their name as "All-American Auto Transport" which is a different company that apparently is very highly rated, unlike this company. Alex Whitaker, Senior Transport Coordinator lied to me. The claimed to have never recieved my confirmation documents until I informed them that I had the fax confirmation in my hand. I was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up by a truck that was coming from Michigan. My vehicle was picked up 12 days late by a truck from Kanab, Utah. Alex Whitaker will not answer calls, or will hang up. Customer service, "Jessica," lied to me repeatedly regarding my order. My credit card was billed even though they claimed they did not have my confirmation information. etc.
