I ordered a Samsung phone for my son when I renewed his contract. It is poorly designed and poorly made. He can barely hear people, the sound quality is tinny, and the screen takes several seconds to light up when he answers the phone. We called customer service and were told that, since he is one week over the 30 day return period, he can receive another Samsung phone but not a different, better quality phone. I persisted and spoke to several people, spending one hour on the phone (most of it on hold). In the end, I went full circle and was connected to another customer service rep who wanted me to begin again, giving all the same info I had already provided to "Steve" the first time around. We have been long time customers of Cingulair, now A T + T, and we think we deserve better treatment.
