Agent Thomas Geier refused to help me get my free 10% withdrawal; causing another annuity agent & myself to handle it. This caused delays, so instead of being able to get the money out around March 8; we had to wait until end of June. I requested the withdrawal in 2007 - had to wait until 6/29/07 instead of March, 2007. I had to wait this year 2008 - until 6/29. I faxed papers in on 6/13 to give plenty of time for processing. TODAY, 6/25, they informed me I couldn't receive the free withdrawal until 7/6/08. I talked w/supervisor as it should NOT have taken from 6/13 to 7/6 to process. Last year she said 10 wkg days. They had it. They've already messed up my account and I said I did not want to deal with Thomas Geier, agent here in Omaha anymore. He 'refused' to help or get proper paperwork for free withdrawals (as he was already paid for his 'getting the money from me and "into" the Allianz account') I have a long letter explaining everything in detail if there was some way of attaching it. PLEASE get this complaint to the head INSURANCE company over all Insurance's. This Allianz system has to be stopped. I never made a cent last year. Mr. Thomas Geier misrepresented me from the minute I stepped in his office to ask him about my life insurance policy. It was all down hill after that. He has this 'charm' he pushes on seniors and takes advantage of them. Once you invest your money - YOUR STUCK!!! What a fraud. And the company's way of handling free withdrawals is about the worst I've seen. They certainly don't have competent people in their office if this is how long it takes to process some paperwork.
