They dropped and broke my refrigerator. After 6 weeks of unreturned phone calls I finally threatened to sue in court. Amazingly the very next morning after I left message that I would sue, my refrigerator was fixed and ready to be delivered. It was then delivered missing several inside drawers and panels. The owner has never once returned a phone call, has never taken any responsibility for leaving me without a refrigerator for 6 weeks, and could not possibly care less that my new refrigerator is missing numerous inside pieces. The entire bottom half is missing.
