I purchased a lighted waterfall picture on Ebay on Sept 5, 2007 for $79.48 when it arrived it was shattered. The seller put in a claim with DHL and I waited as he told me he would send another one when he received payment from DHL. He sent another one on November 5, 2007 of which he said he went ahead in good faith and sent me another picture even though the claim was not settled with DHL. When the second picture arrived, it was broken in the corner so I contacted the seller again. He said he would submit another claim. I asked if he was sending another picture and he stated he would after he was paid for the claim. I have been continuously contacting the seller and he kept telling me he will check with DHL. I asked for a refund or a new picture as he was paid in September. On January 6th I contacted the seller and he stated to me that DHL has not settled the claim and he will contact them again. Again, I demanded a refund or a picture. I decided to contact DHL regarding the claim myself and I found out that he was paid for the 1st claim on Nov 5, 2007, he was paid for the 2nd claim on Dec 17th. I caught this seller in a lie and now he is not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have advised if he will just issue me a refund I will not contact him again but he has refused. So I will do whatever I can to notify everyone of his dishonestly. Beware!
