I have had an account with American General for nearly 10 years. They refuse to give me a payment history on my account. I have called repeatedly and spoken to several supervisors. Still have received no response. My payments have been made on time, yet I cannot get anyone to return phone calls and send payment history for 2007. My credit report is being adversely affected. Also, I am being unfairly billed for homeowners insurance, when I have a policy in effect and have had one for many years. American General refuses to correct their records. I need immediate action taken against them, especially the Harahan branch in New Orleans headed by Keith Manning. Their practices are unfair and racist. Please respond.
