Plain and simple, this company does not care about customer service. A call to the customer service manager went unreturned the day of delivery. Three certified letters sent to the customer service manager have not been answered. A complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau received a reply only after the deadline passed. This complaint gets a reply by someone who has not been directly involved with my move, and had not contacted me to confirm anything. I won’t go into all the details of abysmal service yet again, as there is not enough room here, but if interested I will happily send you a copy of the letters sent that were ignored.Bottom line is that this company has amended their story during each late rebuttal showing me they still have no concern about the quality of service offered. Their claims department blew me off even though the paperwork was completed with great detail, listing the multiple items forgotten and broken. The suggestion of another company breaking my items is laughable, but what about the forgotten items? To claim my statements are false only solidifies the disregard for customer service.
Every bit of my claim is true and regardless of what this company does about my claim, which will probably remain nothing at all, I know for fact they broke the contract and have not provided compensation for the forgotten and broken items. I am utterly amazed they are still in business.
