On 17 july 2007 I purchased a four post auto lift from America's Pride Inc Seekonk MA for $1649.00. America's Pride Inc. took the money out of my Visa debit checking account. After waiting until october 1st and no product received, I asked for a refund. The person that handles refunds at America's Pride said I would get a check in the mail in a few days. After many phone calls to America's Pride and as many emails I have not received a refund. Another person from America's Pride told me in Dec of 2007 that she mailed the check. Today is april 29,2008 and still no check. I have filed three complaints with the MA B.B.B.,Two complaints with the MA Attorney Generals Office and have contacted Seekonk MA Police Dept. They told me there was nothing they could do, and that the Attorney General was aware of the situation. Seekonk Police told me, America's Pride has a warehouse located in Rhode Island, and the location in Seekonk was just a phone bank.
