Their representative gave written estimate for $ 900.00 and after truck was $ 5900.00 instead. Tried to leave when we said unload truck and we had to call police and block their truck with our vehicle. Police came and after 2 hours of arguing and abuse from their dispatcher SEAN he finally said ok for 3000.00 we will deliver. They wouldnt unload truck unless we paid them 1700.00 so we said ok deliver. They told police officers and us that they would deliver furniture next day by 12 noon. They now say truck is being worked on and is 500 miles away and told us to call Better Business Bureau and hung up on us. They have been verbally abusive and bullies holding our belongings hostage. BY THE WAY THEY WILL ONLY DELIVER IF WE GIVE THEM CASH. THE IRS SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN THAT.
