I have an American Express Delta Skymiles reward Card. My earned points with American Express stopped transferring to Delta about 3 months ago, I've contacted both companies several times. At first each company blamed the other while giving me the run around. I've had to call literally over 20 times to each company. No one knows what the problem is. They've put in several "investigations" that take up to 2 weeks for results. In the mean time I have 13,000 points on hold that I would like to use for a trip over the Christmas Holiday. I've written letters, sent emails and made phone calls to this date the points have not transferred. DO not GET an AMEX Skymiles Card, the worst customer service ever. Just try to get Delta on the Phone, you will wait forever. AMEX is much better at getting on the phone, however no real answers. Just text book blabber. Again, I still don't have my well earned points.
