Hi,
When I go to itunes,Ipod with music comes up.I click on a song and nothing happens Ipod plays music with no problem when not connected to itunes and PC.I have down loaded latest itunes 2 times,did complete un install and re install,same problem each time.Ipod and itunes worked before with no problem at all,I purchased 8 songs that worked perfectly.The reply I received from Itunes when I asked for help was"wait at least two weeks before trying to use this service,this will give us time to investigate the issue and make any corrections that may be necessary"I belive this to be a stalling tatic. Follow up# 37458348.
